Thank you for choosing Northpack India Private Limited (“Northpack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, deliver orders placed via our website, and what you can expect at each step. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment (if applicable) confirmed, we begin processing it.
Standard Processing Time: Typically takes 1 to 3 business days for stock/plain-stock items.
Custom / Printed / Bulk Orders: May require additional time (usually 5-10 business days or more, depending on quantity, design approval, and artwork submission).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Regions & Carriers
We deliver across India.
For remote locations, islands, or regions with limited courier coverage, additional delivery time may apply.
We use trusted courier/logistics partners. The specific carrier may vary based on destination, package size, weight, and service availability.
3. Shipping Costs & Minimums
Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, volume, and/or order value. These will be displayed at checkout before you finalize the order.
For certain orders (especially bulk or high-value orders), we may offer free shipping or discounted rates. These promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website.
4. Delivery Time

*“After Dispatch” means once the package leaves our facility and is handed over to the courier.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email / message with a tracking number.
Use this tracking number on our courier partner’s tracking page to see the current status of your delivery.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact our customer support.
6. Partial Shipments
In some cases (especially for large or bulk orders), items may ship in multiple packages.
If that happens, you will get separate tracking numbers for each package.
Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly; you’ll only be responsible for what’s clearly stated in your invoice/order confirmation.
7. Delivery Issues / Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters, courier delays) may cause delays. We’ll do our best to keep you informed.
If your delivery is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us at sales@northpackindia.com or northpackindia@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.
8. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Deliveries
If items arrive damaged, incorrect, or are missing, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide photographs showing the issue.
We’ll assess the claim and, if valid, arrange for a replacement or refund (whichever is preferred by you), depending on stock availability.
For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner. If the claim is accepted, we’ll either resend the items or issue a refund.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts & Returns to Sender
Couriers typically attempt delivery once or as per their standard policy. If delivery fails (no one is available, wrong address, refusal, etc.), the parcel may be held at a local hub or returned to us.
If the order is returned to us, you may need to cover return shipping or re-shipping charges to resend the order. We will contact you with options in such cases.
10. Change of Address or Order Modifications
Once your order has been placed, changes to shipping address or order contents may not always be possible (especially after dispatch).
If you wish to make a change, contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Additional charges may apply if the modified address incurs higher shipping costs.
11. International Shipping
At present, we do / do not (modify as applicable) ship outside India.
If we do, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by destination countries. These are the responsibility of the customer.
